These semi-sundried tomatoes keep their original tomato flavor since they are dried in the desert (faster, easier, healthier) this means we use less than half of the amount of salt normally used to dry tomatoes. The Marinade enriches the already existing great flavor with garlic, black pepper, pine nuts sunflower & olive oil.
