Q:How long will it take to get my item/goods ?

A: Most items are molded fresh to order,Shipping time is 16 days for the uk and 4 to 5 weeks for the rest of the world.

Q:What methods of payment do you accept ?

A: We take all card payments though paypal.

Q: Can i return pants that are to big ?

A: No sorry we can not exchange or refund underwear.

Q: The item has ripped when i first put it on why ?

A: A talc or id lube should be used when putting on latex clothes, please make sure you have the right size of item.

Q: Why is the new item dusty and not shiny ?

A: Your new item is sent fresh with talc dust left from when molded,this can be cleaned and polished with our shiner.

Q: What is Fresh Latex ?

A: When you buy latex from us you are getting Fresh latex that has just been molded,as we only start to make the item after you have payed for it, this means your not getting some old item that has been  lost in a warehouse for months !
